But over the years, I've learned that wellness is much more than just physical fitness- it's about finding balance. As a busy mom, I've had to learn how to juggle my responsibilities while making my own wellness a priority. This journey has taught me the importance of simplifying wellness to make it sustainable. My goal is to help others do the same by incorporating healthy habits into their everyday lives.
As much as a I love fitness, I also believe in enjoying life. Whether I'm spending time with my family at theme parks, creating my own holiday decorations, or getting outside for a run, I know the value of balancing wellness with the things that bring me joy.
